Promotional Terms & Conditions Good Food

  1. By entering this Finish Good Food 2026 Prize Draw (the “Promotion”) you agree to these terms and conditions.
  2. The Promotion is open to residents of the UK aged 18 or over except for employees of the Reckitt group, their families, agencies or anyone else associated with the Promotion. In entering the Promotion, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win.
  3. The Promotion opens at 12.01am on 6 May 2026 and closes at 11.59pm on 3 June 2026 (the “Promotion Period”). No entries will be accepted after the end of the Promotion Period. Entries must not be sent in through agents or third parties. Late, incomplete, illegible or defaced entries will not be accepted. 
  4. To enter you must scan the QR code in a participating Home Bargains store and complete the online form. 
  5. There will be 5 VIP winners (“VIP Winners”) and 25 general winners (“General Winners”) (and together each a “Winner” and together the “Winners”). The Winners will be selected at random drawn by an independently verified random draw generator from all entries received during the Promotion Period. The Winners will be notified within a maximum of 14 days of being chosen. The Promoter’s decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  6. There are 5 VIP prizes (“VIP Prize”) and 25 general prizes (“General Prize”). The VIP Prize is VIP tickets to the Good Food Show on 21 June 2026. The General Prize is general admission tickets to the Good Food Show to be used between 18 – 21 June 2026. The Prize does not include any travel. 
  7. The Prize must be claimed within 7 days of the Winner being notified. If a Winner fails to claim their Prize within this time period, then the Promoter reserves the right to award the Prize to an alternative Winner.
  8. The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and non-negotiable. There is no cash alternative. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize (or any part thereof) for one of its choosing which has a value the same or greater than the original Prize in the event of circumstances outside of its control.
  9. By entering the Promotion, the Winner agrees to participate in such promotional activity as the Promoter may require.
  10. In no circumstances is a Promotion in any way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok or any other social media channel. 
  11. The first name, surname and county of the Winners will be available for 28 days after the closing date and can be requested by sending a stamped addressed envelope to the Promoter at the address below and using the name of the Promotion as a reference. 
  12. Entry into the Promotion is at the participant’s sole risk. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter does not accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury, costs, expenses, or claims (whether in contract, tort or otherwise) suffered by participants or any third parties arising out of or in connection with the Promotion and/or accepting a prize. The Promoter further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to any participant or any other person relating to or resulting from participation this Promotion save that nothing in these terms and conditions shall act to limit or exclude the Promoter’s liability resulting from its negligence or fraud. 
  13. The Promoter shall not be liable to any Winner in the event that a Winner is unable to use the Prize either in whole or in part for any reason. 
  14. The Promoter reserves the right to (i) cancel, amend, withdraw or suspend this Promotion, (ii) cancel or refuse any individual’s entry, and (iii) amend these terms and conditions (and will use reasonable endeavours to notify changes to entrants and potential entrants). These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction in the event of a dispute.

  16. Privacy Policy
  1. The Promotor is in the role of data controller responsible for the processing of personal data. The Promoter is committed to protecting the data privacy rights of all participants, in strict compliance with any applicable Data Protection Law in the UK, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 (PECR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. The Promoter confirms that any personal data, processed in connection with the Promotion, will only be collected, saved or processed for the purposes of the administration of the “Finish Good Food 2026 Prize Draw” (hereinafter the “Promotion”) unless participants have consented to the processing of their personal data for different purposes on our website(s), including direct marketing and sharing personal data with third-party controllers for the analysis of their consumption habits and their propensity to purchase.

  2. Categories of personal data – Within the Promotion, the Promoter will collect from the participants the following categories of personal through the online form: participants’ name, surname, and e-mail address. In case of the winners the Promoter may need to collect additional details in order to fulfil the Prize. 
  3. Purpose of the processing and legal basis – Participants’ personal data submitted in connection with the Promotion will be processed by the Promoter for the purpose of administering and managing the Promotion and, in particular, to (i) allow participants to enter in the Promotion, (ii) administer the Promotion, and (iii) deliver the prize to the Winners. Legal basis for this processing of participants’ personal data are these Terms & Conditions, which represent a contractual agreement between participants and the Promoter [art. 6 (1) (b) (UK) GDPR].
  4. Data retention – The Promoter will only retain participants’ personal data submitted as part of the Promotion as long as reasonably required for the purposes as set out in this privacy policy or otherwise to comply with legal or regulatory requirements applicable to the Promoter. When participants’ personal data is processed (i) for the performance of a contract with the Promoter, the Promoter retains participants’ personal data for a period of 7 years following the end of the Promotion (solely for winners); (ii) for meeting legal and regulatory requirements, the Promoter retains participants’ personal data as it is set out by applicable laws; and (iii) in all other cases, participants’ personal data is processed for up to 2 years from the date of last interaction with participants (specifically for marketing purposes unless the participant opts-out from the newsletter distribution).
  5. Data sharing – Personal data collected within the Promotion will be accessed, as data processor(s), by our third-party vendor(s) providing support and assistance in relation to the Promoter’s website, database or IT services and software. 
  6. Transfer to other countries – Personal data may be transferred outside the UK and the EEA, including the USA, by our third party-vendors acting as data processors on our behalf. For the transfer of personal data outside the UK and the EEA, appropriate safeguards have been adopted, including Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the European Commission, resp. the UK Addendum, and Binding Corporate Rules as applicable within UK.
  7. Children – Since individuals aged 18 and over can participate exclusively in the Promotion, no data belonging to persons under the age of 18 will be processed and stored. In the event that the Promoter receives personal data belonging to persons under the age of 18, this data will be immediately deleted/destroyed. If a parent or holder of the parental authority notifies the processing of personal data belonging to persons under the age of 18, the promoter will immediately delete/destroy this data from the processing and storage facilities.
  8. The protection of your personal data – The Promoter undertakes to implement appropriate technical and organizational measures in order to ensure a level of security corresponding to the personal data belonging to the participants of the Promotion. In assessing the appropriate level of security, account shall be taken in particular of the risks posed by the processing of personal data, caused in particular, by accident or illegally, by the destruction, loss, modification, unauthorised disclosure or unauthorised access to personal data transmitted, stored or processed.
  9. Participants’ data protection rights– In connection with the processing of their personal data within the Promotion, participants have the following rights arising from the GDPR:
    1. the right of access to personal data including right to request a copy of personal data;
    2. the right to rectification (right to have their inaccurate personal data corrected or to have incomplete personal data completed without undue delay);
    3. the right to deletion (right to have their personal data deleted without undue delay, if one of the legal grounds is given);
    4. the right to restrict processing;
    5. the right to data portability (in cases stipulated by law, right to obtain their personal data provided to the Promoter in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and the right to pass this data to another data controller);
    6. the right to object to the processing;
    7. the right not to be the subject of any decision based solely on automated processing
