19.2 If you are a consumer and you live in Scotland, you can bring legal proceedings in either the Scottish or the English courts. If you are a consumer and you live in Northern Ireland you can bring legal proceedings in either the Northern Irish or the English courts.

19.3 If you are a consumer and you live in England, or if you are a business, the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any disputes (including non-contractual disputes or claims) that may arise out of or in connection with these Terms.
