Sainsbury's Win a Mini Kung Fu Panda 2 - Terms and Conditions

1. Entrants to this “Competition” are bound by the entry instructions and these Terms and Conditions.

2. This Competition is valid for all residents of the UK, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man; aged 18 years and older except employees of Reckitt Benckiser Healthcare (UK) Limited (the “Promoter”) and its affiliated companies, their families or agents or anyone professionally connected with the competition.

3. This is a non-premium competition – it is free to enter.

4. Entries will only be accepted by text message. To enter the competition for a chance to win the Prize, text the word SUMMER to 51500. All parts of the text message entry must be complete to validate the entry. No responsibility will be accepted for entries which are incomplete, incorrectly completed or not received for whatever reason. No responsibility will be accepted by the Promoter for any technical or other error that may arise with any entry.

5. Text entries will be charged at your standard Network Rate. Only one text entry per telephone number will be valid, all subsequent text entries from any number will be deleted. Each text message entry will receive one Competition entry.

6. By entering this Competition all entrants will be deemed to have accepted to receive one text message following their text entry (there will not be a charge for return message).

7. There will be only one Competition winter. The “Prize” is one Mini Cooper Convertible 1.6 car with 12 months’ road tax, 3 years break down cover and a 3 year warranty. Delivery of the Prize to the winner is also included. On delivery, the car will be registered in the Prize winner’s name. This is a specific car so no changes to the specifications are possible. No cash alternative is available. The Prize is non-transferable and non-refundable.

8. The closing date for the Competition is 23.59 on 23rd September 2011. Texts received after this time will not be counted but may still be charged. The draw for the Prize will take place on 24 September 2011. The winner will be chosen independently and at random from all valid entries received by 23:59 on 23rd September 2011. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered in to.

9. The winner will be contacted by phone within 21 days after the closing date.

10. The winner of the Prize may be required to participate in publicity.

11. The Promoter reserves the right to terminate, amend or extend this Competition in wholly exceptional circumstances outside its control.

12. For the winner’s name, please send a stamped addressed envelope to Finish Team, Reckitt Benckiser, Wellcroft House, Wellcroft Road, Slough SL1 4AQ, UK.

13. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
