• The Finish Quantum Money Back Guarantee applies to purchases made in the UK and Republic of Ireland (ROI), and is only applicable to residents of the UK, ROI, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man on the following Finish products::

• The Money Back Guarantee only applies if you do not agree that you can see the difference when using Finish Quantum



• If you do not agree that you can see the difference when using Finish Quantum, please submit to the address below:
  • Your dated receipt confirming your purchase of the Finish Quantum product;
  • Your name, address and contact telephone number;
  • A statement of a minimum of 20 words illustrating the reason for why you do not think that you can see the difference when using Finish Quantum; and
  
  Please send claims by second class postage to the following address within 28 days of purchase.

• No claims from agents, third parties or organised groups will be accepted. Incomplete, illegible or photocopied claims or those not in accordance with these terms and conditions will be rejected.



• To be considered valid the claim's proof of purchase must be dated between 25 April 2011 and 29 February 2012 inclusive.



• The closing date for receipt of claims is 31 March 2012. The Promoter will accept claims received after this date if the claim is postmarked before 31 March 2012. Claims postmarked after this date will not be refunded. The Promoter reserves the right to extend the closing date.



• Only one claim is admissible per household. You must be the holder of a UK bank account in order to submit a claim



• The Promoter accepts no responsibility for claims that are lost, damaged or delayed in the post. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt by the Promoter.



• Each valid claim will receive a cheque to the value of the Finish Quantum product as stated on the receipt up to a maximum of that Finish Quantum product's Recommended Retail Price, as determined by the Promoter, plus the cost of second class postage. The maximum refund for second class postage costs for UK applications is £0.36 and for Republic of Ireland applications is €0.55



• The refund will be sent within 28 days of receipt of your claim.



• The Money Back Guarantee is in addition to your normal legal rights and accordingly your statutory rights are not affected.



• These terms and conditions and any dispute arising shall be governed by English law.



• The decision by the Promoter is final in all matters relating to this Money Back Guarantee and no correspondence will be entered into.



• Personal information provided to the Promoter may be processed by agents or 3rd parties acting on its behalf to administer your cheque.
