Finish Magazin Competition - Terms and Conditions

• The competition is open to residents of the UK, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man; aged 18 years and older except employees of Reckitt Benckiser Healthcare (UK) Limited of 103-105 Bath Road, Slough SL1 3UH (the "Promoter") and its affiliated companies, their families or agencies or anyone connected with the promotion.



• This competition is free to enter.



• Entrants must complete the entry form providing their name and email address by 23.59 on 14th September 2011 (the "Closing Date"). Entries received after the Closing Date will not be counted.



• Prize comprises 1 Hotpoint Dishwasher and a year's supply of Finish Dishwasher Cleaner per magazine on offer. No cash alternative is available.



• Only one entry per person. In the event that there is more than one entry per person, all entries for that person will be deleted.



• Winners may be required to participate in publicity.



• The Promoter will not be held responsible for any for late or lost entries.



• The Promoter reserves the right to terminate, amend or extend this promotion in wholly exceptional circumstances outside its control.



• Competition winners will be selected at random by the Promoter on 15th September 2011 from all valid entries received by the Closing Date. Winners will be contacted within 21 days of the Closing Date. In the event that a selected winner does not initially respond to contact made by the Promoter, the Promoter shall make a further attempt to contact such winner(s). If the selected winner does not respond to contact made by the Promoter within 30 days of the Closing Date that persons claim to the prize will be forfeited and another substitute winner will be selected.



• The Promoter's decision is final in every situation including any not covered above and no correspondence will be entered into.



• By entering the Promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules and consent to the use by the Promoter of the information contained in the entry for whatever means the Promoter deems appropriate (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION USE IN AND FOR FUTURE PROMOTIONAL ACTIVITIES).

• These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
