Finish Dishwasher Competition Terms & Conditions:

• This competition is open to residents of the UK, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man; aged 18 years and older except employees of Reckitt Benckiser Healthcare (UK) Limited (the “Promoter”), BSH Home Appliances Limited, their affiliated companies, their families or agencies or anyone else professionally connected with the competition.



• This is a non-premium competition and is free to enter.



• The competition will run for 17 days, from 11 March 2011 until 27 March 2011.



• There are 17 Prizes of 1 x Siemens dishwasher model SN26T292GB. Delivery of the dishwasher to the winner’s home is included.



• To enter the competition entrants must fill in the entry form found at the Finish stand at the Ideal Homes Show, which includes providing their name, address and email address.  Only one entry per person, any duplicates will be removed from the competition.



• A winner will be picked at Random on each day of the show on the Finish Show stand. The winners will be chosen independently and at random from all valid entries received between 11 March 2011 and 27 March 2011. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.



• Prize Winners will be contacted by email by 1 April 2011. In the event that a Prize Winner does not initially respond to contact made by the Promoter, the Promoter shall make a further attempt to contact such Winner(s). If any Prize Winner does not respond to contact made by the Promoter within 30 days of competition closing date that person’s claim to their Prize will be forfeited and another substitute winner will be selected.



• Entrants agree that if they are a Prize Winner, their details will be given to BSH Home Appliances Limited to contact them to arrange for delivery of their Prize.  The Prizes will be delivered within 2 month of allocation.



• There can be only one Prize per person.



• There is no cash alternative for the Prizes, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control the Promoter reserves the right to substitute similar prizes of equal or greater value.



• The Prizes will not be available for collection (or returns) from the Promoter.



• The Promoter will not be held responsible for any for late, lost or incorrect entries.

• The Promoter reserves the right to terminate, amend or extend this promotion in wholly exceptional circumstances outside its control.



• The Promoter's decision is final in every situation including any not covered above and no correspondence will be entered into.



• These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.



• By entering this competition, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules and consent to the use by the Promoter of the information contained in the entry for whatever means the Promoter deems appropriate (including without limitation use in and for future promotional activities).



• The information provided in this draw will be used by the Promoter or its authorised agents for the purposes of administering this draw and such information will not be provided to a third party without your consent.
