QuantuMatic has been extensively tested to make sure that only 1 dose of detergent is released during the wash cycle.

Check the following, if you have residues on the dishes:
−Is the dispenser straight? Is the water inlet hole in the „lowest“ position of the lid?
−Is the dispenser covered by dishes?
−Which wash cycle are you using? (All wash cycles can be used, except short cycles, like "Rinse Only")
−Is it installed in the top rack? If yes, moving it to the bottom rack should help.

The Quantumatic dispenser does not use batteries and uses the „natural“ power of „heating“ and „cooling“ to move the refill inside to the next chamber. To work effectively it must cool after usage. Therefore, please take the following steps:
−Open the door of the dishwasher completely and unload it
−Pull out the rack where the dispenser is installed
−Wait until the dispenser is ready for a new wash (image). There is no set cooling time as it depends on environment and dishwasher programme used. Programmes using a higher temperature will require more cooling time.
